We had a fantastic first National Science Week ICHAT learning Auslan signs with Michelle Hughes! We are very passionate about inclusivity at DRI and we were so excited to learn many of our theme words such as ‘i sea i care’, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle, litter, and many of the student’s favourite marine animals! Thank you so much to Michelle for so generously giving up her time to teach the Marine Ambassadors, and we can’t wait to use some of our newly acquired signs during our upcoming workshops!
