We had a fantastic Marine National Parks Workshop with our Melbourne Ambassadors at the beautiful Ricketts Point recently! We braved the chilly wind and had a great time finding some amazing animals on our rockpool ramble, and the birdlife was incredible with a range of species nestled on the platform to escape the wintery weather!
The Ambassadors were very impressive as they worked together to test their whale and dolphin identification skills. They also delved into the amazing microscopic world of seagrass and participated in a marine debris sort and report lesson.
The Ambassadors are always so inspiring with their support of each other and they peppered us with excellent questions and conservation stories throughout the day!
As always thank you to our amazing ISIC coordinators, teachers and parents/carers who transport our Ambassadors to our workshops, without you these incredible experiences would not be possible.
