Chef Jacqui’s French Cooking Classes
You will be warmly greeted by my golden retrievers, Sophie and Humphrey, as you arrive! The delicious aromas from the kitchen will welcome you, and a beautifully set dining table awaits, filled with fresh produce for our cooking adventure.
After donning our aprons, we’ll review the menu and recipes before starting our preparation and cooking. I will share valuable tips on using ingredients, knife skills, and food styling.
As we finish each course, we’ll enjoy our creations at the table while discussing flavours and textures. Feel free to ask questions and take photos throughout the day. Like many before you, you will want to return for next season’s menu and bring others along to share the experience.
