The Dolphin Research Education Team is visiting a different I SEA I CARE Ambassador council area each day last week in celebration of World Environment Week! On the third day we visited the boat launching facilities at the mouth of the Patterson River, and the Carrum Surf Life Saving Club in the City of Kingston. Education Director Mandy Robertson discusses the many environmental values of this coastal habitat and some of the pollution issues faced in the Kingston council region. Mandy also chats with Serena Gillot, the Environment Officer from the City of Kingston about the importance of the ISIC Ambassador program to help students communicate the environmental message within their communities and beyond. Enjoy the following clip, and if you know of a school that would like to join our ISIC Ambassador Program, please ask them to contact the Education Team at Dolphin Research Institute.
