The ‘i sea, i care’ Ambassadors develop skills in presentation and leadership, whilst learning about the marine environment. They attend four workshops during the year with schools from across their region.
There is a Boat trip that is an i
nspirational introduction to Victoria’s marine environment on either Port Phillip or Western Port. The Peer teaching workshop is based around the theme of marine treasures. It teaches the Ambassadors a ‘Marine Mysteries’ lesson that they can take back to school and into the classroom.
A Catchment workshop shows the Ambassadors that no matter where you live in the catchment, all our litter can end up in the marine environment. The Coastal workshop is an opportunity for the Ambassadors to give back to the environment. Here they learn more about coastal values and 
their management.
