PHILLIP ISLAND WHALE FESTIVAL 1-3 JULY 2022!
Not long to go now folks! The DRI team is so excited to be back on-site at the beautiful Phillip Island for the 2022 Whale Festival! We will have a stall with all things whale research, some fantastic activities for the kids, presentations, and last but not least the chance to experience our amazing inflatable whale!! We cannot wait to see you all there!
For those who have not been to this wonderful festival before, come down and celebrate the annual arrival of some of the ocean’s most majestic creatures as Phillip Island’s coastal waters play host to humpback and southern right whales and even the occasional killer whales. Join in the celebrations of the arrival of these majestic creatures with a range of special events at the Island Whale Festival July1-3 at various venues across Phillip Island.
