Meet at Carrum Life Saving Club, Old Post Office Lane, Carrum. There is plenty of parking but it is ticketed: it’s gone up so could be at least $4 per hour or $16 all day I think.

Arrive at 9.30am so we can start at 9.45am. We will hopefully have a beach tractor booked for 10am to observe. Finish approx 2.30pm.

Carrum Station is only 3 mins walk away if any of you fancy the train as an option this time.

There will be a range of activities including weeding, planting, Aboriginal history and a Citizen Science monitoring Project.

Ambassadors to come prepared for cold and wet weather, but also long pants and sleeves, closed toed shoes for the weeding etc.

Bring food etc and cameras to take images for a power point, plus notebooks and pen. Clipboards would be very useful for the Citizen Science bit.

Please check website for workshop information and weather updates.
