We are so very proud of our Ambassadors who rose to the many challenges of 2021 by finding ways to help the planet during lockdown!  This has been a really tough year for all of us, and unfortunately, many Ambassadors did not have the chance to attend face-to-face workshops.  However, we found many new and engaging ways to support our Ambassadors through the multiple 2021 lockdowns!  These included our ICHAT sessions on Business for Purpose and Climate Change; some very helpful recycling videos we made to help Ambassadors during National Recycle Week; The Great Global Nurdle Hunt surveys and the Big Spring Clean Your Backyard; the fantastic Ambassador video message to COP 26 Glasgow and many more!

Finding new ways to help our precious environment during lockdowns has been a very rewarding experience and has helped us improve our ISIC Marine Ambassador Program to be more inclusive to all!  We are extremely grateful to our Council partners, ISIC teachers, parents and carers who made our 2021 online and on-site workshops possible, and we look forward to seeing what these young environmental leaders get up to in 2022!  Please do not hesitate to contact Mandy or Jacqui if you need support with a project next year!
