Well done to all the Ambassadors from the Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast region. Your latest workshop can be a challenging one, as there is a lot to it. But all the Ambassadors came through with flying colours, and smiling faces!

The rock pool session was the first activity of the day; the rock pool fauna proved fascinating for the Ambassadors, with many things the students hadn’t seen before.

Ambassadors also learnt about the Indigenous history of the area, sea grass habitats and how our citizen science program works on dolphin and boat monitoring.  The day wound up with a BBQ, always fun! Thank you to Corinna from the Wadawarrung Corporation for sharing her culture, and Sam Scott from St Mary’s for your photos!!
