To help you with your school projects, here you can find and print out detailed information about Bottlenose Dolphins, other Cetaceans and the Marine Environment.

If you want to learn more about dolphins right now, go to "bottlenose dolphins" or browse the items in the "Research" menu.

You are welcome to use this information, but remember to acknowledge where you found it, by citing our web site (e.g. "Source: www.dolphinresearch.org.au/bottlenose.php - Accessed on 21 Nov. 2010") as well as the References we have cited at the end of the reports or papers, as appropriate.

If you have any ideas about new marine topics for this page, or pictures or stories about your own marine adventures or research which you'd like to share with us, please contact us with your suggestion.

Have you heard about "i sea, i care"?

You can become an "ambassador for the marine environment" at your school, by joining our 'i sea, i care' School Ambassador Program.

What's a School Ambassador?
It's someone like you, who cares about sea creatures, dolphins and their marine environment. If you want to get your class or even your whole school working to help, talk to your teacher about joining your school up in this exciting Project. The winners of a recent Award of Excellence were all treated to a day on Port Phillip Bay aboard the research vessel Blue Fin (pictured).

Go to the 'i sea, i care' School Ambassador page to find out more, when you've finished collecting information for your school assignment.
